1. How do I book a karaoke room at Maze Karaoke?

Booking a private karaoke room at Maze Karaoke is easy! Simply visit our Book a Room page, choose the number of guests in your group, and pick your preferred time slot. If you have any special requests or need help with booking, feel free to contact us directly!

2. Is booking necessary?

While walk-ins are welcome, we highly recommend booking in advance to guarantee availability, especially on weekends or during peak hours. Our rooms can fill up quickly, and booking ensures you get the best spot for your karaoke session!

3. How many people can fit in a room?

We offer a variety of room sizes to accommodate different group sizes. Our smaller rooms are perfect for intimate gatherings, while our larger rooms can host up to [insert number] people. Check out our Our Rooms page for more details on room sizes and capacities.

4. Do you offer any food or drink options?

Yes! We offer a delicious selection of snacks, appetizers, and addictive skewers to enjoy while you sing. We also offer a range of refreshing drinks, from cocktails to non-alcoholic beverages. For larger groups, we recommend our food and drinks packages — a great way to keep the party going!

5. What’s the difference between a standard room and a VIP room?

Our VIP rooms are larger and designed to accommodate bigger groups for a more immersive karaoke experience. They feature a 100″ short throw laser TV for a stunning display, and they come with 4 microphones (compared to the standard room’s 2 microphones). If you want a bigger space with enhanced tech for your karaoke session, the VIP room is the way to go!

6. Do you offer party packages?

Absolutely! Whether it’s a birthday, anniversary, or corporate event, we offer customized karaoke party packages to make your celebration unforgettable. 7. Can I bring my own food or drinks?

For safety and quality reasons, we do not allow outside food or drinks in the karaoke rooms, except for birthday cakes. If you’re celebrating a special occasion, you’re welcome to bring a cake to enjoy with your group! However, we kindly ask that you contact us in advance to let us know. If you have any special dietary requirements or need to make special arrangements, feel free to reach out to us.

8. Do you have parking?

While we don’t have dedicated parking at Maze Karaoke, our closest car park is Market City in Chinatown. You can find more information about parking and rates on their website here.

9. What are your operating hours?

We are open 2 PM to 4 AM, 7 days a week! Whether it’s an afternoon sing-along or a late-night karaoke session, we’re here for you every day of the week.

10. Can I change or cancel my booking?

Yes! If you need to modify or cancel your booking, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellation policies may apply, so be sure to check the terms at the time of booking.

11. Do you have a song selection in multiple languages?

Yes! We offer an extensive song library in multiple languages, including English, Mandarin, Korean, and more! Whether you’re into pop, rock, or K-pop, we’ve got something for everyone.

12. Is there a minimum or maximum time I can book a room for?

Our minimum booking time is 1 hour, and you can book for longer sessions if you want to keep the karaoke fun going! If you need to extend your time during your session, just let us know, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

13. Are kids or people under 18 allowed?

Minors (under 18) are welcome at Maze Karaoke! However, if adults in the same room plan to consume alcohol, minors must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. If you’re planning a family-friendly outing or hosting a kids’ party, we’re happy to accommodate — just let us know in advance.

14. What if I’m running late for my booking?

We understand that things can come up, but please try to arrive on time to make the most of your karaoke session! If you’re running late, we recommend giving us a call as soon as possible. While we will do our best to accommodate, your session will still end at the originally scheduled time to ensure that the next group can enjoy their booked time as well.

15. Is a deposit necessary to secure a booking?

Yes, we require a deposit to secure your booking, especially for larger groups or during peak times. The deposit will be deducted from your total balance on the day of your booking. If you need more details or assistance, feel free to reach out to us!

16. Do I need to have ID to enter?

Yes, valid identification is required for entry, especially for guests who wish to consume alcohol. We may ask for a valid ID (such as a driver’s license or passport) for age verification. Please ensure you bring your ID with you to avoid any delays.

17. Are there any specific ID requirements after 9PM?

Yes, all guests entering after 9PM will be required to present a valid ID. We will use an ID scanner at the point of entry, which will scan and take a copy of your ID as required by law. We reserve the right to refuse entry if you do not provide a valid ID. This policy ensures that we maintain a safe and enjoyable atmosphere for all guests.

18. Do you have a smoking area?

Our premises is a smoke-free environment, which includes vaping. However, if you would like to smoke, there is a designated area on the street outside our premise where you can enjoy a cigarette or vape. Thank you for your understanding!

19. Do you accept cash?

Yes, we accept cash and credit card payments. Please note, a service fee applies for credit card transactions.
